If the user of the product is a private individual and uses the product for personal purposes, the seller shall be liable for product defects at the end of the specified guarantee period, in accordance with local law. In the case of private individuals, we will be liable for any defects in the goods for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the buyer. In the case of legal persons, the manufacturer’s guarantee period is 1 year from the date of delivery of the goods, unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer. The battery warranty period is 6 months. The battery supplied with the goods is a consumable material, so the warranty period for batteries is generally shorter than the warranty period of the device itself. Battery drainage depends directly on how intensively the device is used. The warranty period for the lighting elements of UV equipment is 1 month (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer).

4. In granting the guarantee described in this document, the guarantor has relied on the fact that the information provided by the purchaser about the intended use of the product (personal or commercial) is correct. The guarantor may unilaterally revoke the guarantee or modify the conditions of the guarantee if it appears that the product has been used in a manner other than that stated by the purchaser and/or confirmed by the purchase document.

5. Complaints about the quality of the product will be resolved and the warranty repair will be carried out after you have returned the product to the seller. In the event of a defect in the product, please stop using the product immediately and return the product to the seller in the same condition as when the defect occurred.
