AquaForte Mr. Silence has been a reliable heat pump for many years. The heat pump is made of high quality aluminium. In addition to its modern design, this unit has a very low noise level.
AquaForte Mr. Silence heat pumps are protected by two heating belts to prevent winter frost damage to the heat pump.
Compressor protection. Automatically activated at ambient temperatures below 8 °C when the compressor is switched off. The heating belt is switched off again when the compressor is switched on or when the ambient temperature rises above 8 °C again.
Vaporiser protection. This allows better drainage of melt water, preventing ice from forming around the heat pump. It also speeds up the melting function. It is activated when the compressor has been running continuously for 20 minutes and the outdoor temperature is +/- 0 °C during the heating period. Activated during operation of the defrosting function. The heating belt is switched off again when the temperature rises above this value again. The heating belt is also protected against freezing. When the incoming water temperature is 2 °C and the ambient temperature is 0 °C, the heat pump starts automatically in heating mode. When the water temperature reaches 15 °C or the ambient temperature reaches 1 °C, the heat pump returns to standby mode. This function will only work when the heat pump has electricity and the pool pump is running. If there is no water flow through the heat pump, an E3 message will be displayed and the heat pump will switch off.
AquaForte Mr. Silence air source heat pumps are equipped with a modern touchscreen and WiFi module that allows remote control of the heat pump via an app (iOs and Android). AquaForte Mr.Silence draws air through the side of the heat pump. Cold air is blown out the back. AquaForte Mr. Silence has the additional option of connecting to an external controller (Astral Elite/SugarValley). The controller can give a signal to the heat pump when the heat pump is switched on/off.
