A new special and particularly chlorine-resistant option for pool plumbing! The patented FITT B-Active hose offers double protection with a 10-year warranty. The special D-shaped spiral has good load resistance (up to 34 kN/m²). Thanks to the high quality materials, this hose is also very flexible (bending radius up to 125mm!) The spiral is protected by a special layer that acts as a
barrier and helps to prevent the material from fraying. The inside of the tube is equipped with an extra patented CDS (chlorine defence system) chlorine resistant layer for additional protection against high chlorine content water and also acidic water. The pipe greatly simplifies the installation of pool equipment in confined spaces. Saves a lot of installation time.
The pipe can be used with PVC fittings by bonding. We recommend the use of bondable couplings for flexible pipes in demanding conditions (extended bonding contact surface for flexible pipe). In low pressure applications it is also suitable for use with PEM pipe fittings (test pressure resistance).
