Conditions of sale
The owner of the webshop BASSEINIMEISTRID.EE (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Basseinimeistrid OÜ (registration code 17145518) located at Kuuse tn. 4, Keila, Harjumaa, Estonia.
Validity of the sales contract, commercial and price information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop. The prices of products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge. The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge is displayed to the buyer when placing the order. Information about the goods is provided on the Online Shop directly next to the goods.
Placing an order
To order, you must add the products you want to your shopping cart. In order to place an order, you must fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The amount of the fee is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid by bank transfer or other payment method. The contract will enter into force as soon as the amount due has been credited to the account of the Webshop. If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded, normally within 1-2 working days. Depending on the method of payment, it may take up to 7 working days to receive the payment.
Delivery to
Goods are sent to European countries. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed in the shipping method. Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 3-14 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, delivery will take place within 45 calendar days. In exceptional cases, the right of delivery is granted up to 60 calendar days. If the Online Shop has informed the buyer on the website or in the order confirmation of delivery problems and of a deadline exceeding 60 calendar days, the deadline published by the Online Shop shall apply.
Use of products
Unfortunately, as in some cases goods are sent directly from our suppliers to the buyer, it is not always possible to include instructions in Estonian on the product packaging. If the absence of an instruction manual in English becomes apparent only after purchase, you should not start using or installing the equipment, but should immediately ask the seller info@basseinimeistrid.ee +3725103709 for an instruction manual or relevant instructions. The Seller shall not be liable for any damage, breakage, loss of use or destruction of the product due to improper or incorrect use, installation, assembly or adjustment of the product purchased. In the case of complex equipment (such as hydrolysis and electrolysis equipment and kits), we assume that the purchaser has the basic skills and know-how to assemble, install, set up and use the product. If you do not have the necessary skills, please contact one of our specialists for the installation of the equipment after purchase. The installation service is subject to a fee and the amount of the fee will be agreed between the seller and the buyer.
Right of withdrawal
After receipt of the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days (depending on the products, the purchaser may not have the right to withdraw, the relevant products and services must be listed and must meet the conditions listed in Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act). The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person. In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods ordered may not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as is allowed for testing the goods in a physical shop. If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if the goods show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop shall be entitled to reduce the refundable amount in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods. In order to return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@basseinimeistrid.ee no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the purchaser, unless the reason for returning the goods is that the goods to be returned do not correspond to those ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods). The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the aforementioned period. Upon receipt of the goods to be returned, the online shop will reimburse the purchaser immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the request for withdrawal, all payments received from the purchaser under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method. The online shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods in the online shop is, due to a mistake, marked significantly below the market price of the goods.
Right to lodge a complaint
The online shop is liable for the non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer, which already existed at the moment of delivery and which will become apparent within a maximum of two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. During this first year after the delivery of the goods to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the Online Shop to rebut this presumption. In the event of a defect, the purchaser has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest by sending an e-mail to the following address info@basseinimeistrid.ee or call +372 5103709 . The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after the delivery of the goods due to the action or inaction of the consumer (misuse, accident, etc.) or in the case of normal wear and tear caused by normal use of the item. If the goods purchased from the Webshop have defects for which the Webshop is liable, the Webshop will repair or replace the defective goods. In the event that the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online shop will refund the buyer all the fees that were included in the sales contract. The online shop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Product images and illustrations
The item/product offered in the Basseinimeistrid.ee online shop is the item/product described in the product description. In some cases, we use illustrative images (e.g. images of the same product, but in a different colour than the one in the product description) so that visitors can get a better visual overview of the product (size, proportions, installation options, colour, shape, texture, pattern, etc.). If you have any doubts about a product, please ask for further information at info@basseinimeistrid.ee, and any subsequent (post-purchase) claims will not be accepted if the product is as described.
Dispute resolution

If the buyer and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the Webshop.
