Lighting elements (projectors) from the LumiPlus Connect Flex system are available:
- Adjustable white 27W element 2.750 lm, illuminates 20-25m². Adjustable light colour 2.500 to 6.000 K
- White 27W element 2.750 lm, illuminates 20-25m². Light colour 5.700 K
- Warm white 27W element 2.750 lm, illuminates 20-25m². Light colour 3.000 K
- RGB 34W element 2.000 lm, illuminates 20-25m². 12 colours.
- RGB+white 28W 2.500 lm, illuminates 20-25m². 12 colours + white.
- Adjustable white 42W element 4.300 lm, illuminates 25-35m². Adjustable light colour from 2.500 to 6.000 K
- White 42W element 4.300 lm, illuminates 25-55m². Light colour 5.700 K
- Warm white 42W element 4.300 lm, illuminates 25-35m². Light colour 3.000 K
- RGB+white 56W 3.500 lm, illuminates 25-35m². 12 colours + white.
The illumination capacity of projectors depends on the purity of the pool water. The cleaner the water, the more the light spreads.
Luminaires (projectors) are usually installed in a niche in the pool that has been previously built-in/installed. Niches are available for pools with a pure concrete surface, for pools with a “pool film” (PVC, PP, PE, polyester, waterproofing for tiled pools, etc.) and also for pools with a casing (fibreglass, plastics, wood, metal, etc.). As a general rule, luminaires can also be installed completely on the surface (Flexi Slim) if the right cover ring is chosen, and can also be installed in place of any existing luminaire, and even on an unused return pipe if there is a 1½ inlet (Flexi Rapid). For finishing, a cover ring must be installed to cover the edges of the niche. Available in white, beige, grey, dark grey (anthracite), imitation stainless steel and also a real acid-proof stainless steel cover ring.
A modulator needs to be added to the luminaires to control the Connect series lamps. Connect Flex lamps cannot be used without a modulator. Up to 15 LumiPlus luminaires can be controlled with one modulator. If necessary, the modulators (up to 10) can be synchronised, i.e. in total the Connect system can successfully operate up to 150 pool luminaires. The modulator performs switching and adjustments. The buttons on the modulator can be used to control and program the modulator, but it is much more convenient to add a remote control or even a Wifi Access Point+ to the system and control the entire pool lighting from a smart device app.
