A complete and completely natural water treatment solution. The system is very flexible. It can be used without adding salt and also with salt pool water from 0 to 100 gr NaCl/ltr. Adding as little as 1 gram of salt to a litre of pool water will cause reactions to release little amount of chlorine.

The principle of disinfection is the separation of the H and O atoms of the water molecule (H₂O) to produce active ingredients with strong disinfecting properties. Even stronger than chlorine, but completely safe for pool users in the right quantities. The system is additionally equipped with a copper ioniser which acts as a flocculant, antibacterial and also anti-algae agent. Combined, the AquaScenic system can generate oxidation and flocculation processes from your existing chemical-free pool water through a complete electrochemical process, all without adding any chemicals to the pool.
Hydrolysis: Water (H₂O) consists of two parts hydrogen (H₂) and one part oxygen (O). Hydrolysis means ‘splitting water’. When just the right amount of electric voltage passes through water, the chemical bond of the water molecule is broken. The negatively charged oxygen (or ions) moves to the positive electrode (anode). The following electrochemical reaction occurs: electric potential + 2 H2O = 2 H2 + O2. Other chemical reactions also occur with hydrolysis. It also produces specific ions that oxidise and thus do further disinfection work.
Copper ionisation: the Aquascenic Copper Ioniser enhances the efficiency of water treatment by co-hydrolysis, allowing the ionisation system to increase its antibacterial and anti-algae capacity in a natural environment without the need for added chemicals. The Aquascenic solution can be used as an anti-legionella system.

Until an EU regulation or a national regulation is adopted, there is a conditional authorisation for the use of copper to disinfect water. The copper used in these devices, complies with the REACH registration. It is further the responsibility of the purchaser/installer/reseller to obtain information on the local regulations in force for the use (and trade) of copper for water disinfection.
